Speakers Bureau
One of New Horizons' mandates is to increase public awareness and education about autism. As an organization which promotes the welfare of individuals with autism, we seek to disseminate accurate and timely information about this neurological disorder. Although knowledge about
autism has increased in recent years with media exposure, many myths still prevail.
New Horizons formed a Speakers' Bureau in 1993. The Bureau gives presentations to service clubs, civic organizations, community groups, etc. All presentations are tailored to your organizations needs, from elementary facts about autism to more complex issues surrounding the philosophy applied behavior analysis.
