Eligibility
New Horizons' programs exclusively serve people with autism living in New Jersey's lower- and upper-central regions. Most services require eligibility through the Division of Developmental Disabilities. Application for services can be made through a request to the Division and/or by contacting New Horizons directly by phone (1-732-918-0850) or e-mail. For all fee for service programs, no formal eligibility criteria exists, other than the autism/autism spectrum diagnosis.
